Lou Vasger is an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician and Shop Manager of Hank & Son's Auto Service. He brings his expertise and professionalism to the sport of drag racing and is highly respected for his extensive knowledge of high-performance modifications.

Lou has 22 years of drag racing experience, including work at the highly acclaimed Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School, as Chief Mechanic and Assistant Instructor. Lou has been the focus of an article written in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine (see our high performance page). He has experience in many racing classifications, starting with a Stock Chevy Nova hitting 125 mph in 11 seconds on a quarter mile track when he was 16 years old. He progressed to a 1927 Ford Super Gas Street Roadster (150 mph in 9.5 seconds), then a Chevy Monza body styled Super Gas car (155 mph in 8 seconds), and finally his dragster.

The dragster's chassis was built by world champion builders S&W Race Cars and is powered by a 572 cubic inch big block Chevy engine producing 900 hp and running on alcohol. The engine combination, built by Lou himself, powers the dragster to quarter mile times of 7.5 seconds at over 175 mph.

Lou campaigns this Super Pro Dragster in weekly bracket racing. His "home" tracks are Atco Raceway, Atco, New Jersey and Maple Grove Raceway, Reading, Pennsylvania. Lou also races on he NHRA PowerAde divisional and national event circuit

$2,500/annually	(2) 4" x 12" decals - 1 for each side of the dragster (1) 12" x 24" decal to be displayed on trailer. (1) Special appearance with driver and racecar at a predetermined event (i.e. store grand opening, corporate open house, company picnic, etc.) (1) 8" x 10" photo of cars with logo	The sponsor must provide logo artwork. Vasger Racing will have decals created. We will add your corporate logo to our racing t-shirts that our team wears during the race day. This will provide your logo with even further exposure.
$5,000/annually	(2) 12" x 18" decals - 1 for each side of the dragster (2) 24" x 36" decals to be displayed on trailer - 1 on each side. (2) Special appearances with driver and racecar at a predetermined event (i.e. store grand opening, corporate open house, company picnic, etc.) (1) Open house at the racetrack, including food and beverages, for up to 8 people. Gate fees are not included. (4) Polo shirts with your logo and Vasger Racing. (1) 8" x 10" photo of cars with logo	The sponsor must provide logo artwork. Vasger Racing will have decals created. We will add your corporate logo to our racing polo shirts that our team wears during special events.
